Our service over the festive period

Online services

Our online service will continue to be available 24/7. We may take more time than usual to respond to your messages and emails over the holiday period. Please bear with us, we will get back to you.

We expect delays to Royal Mail in the lead up to and during the festive period. This can affect our delivery times for all services.

Emergency contraception

• Orders will close at 1pm on Wednesday 17 December 2025 and reopen at 9am on Friday 2 January 2026. 

• If you need emergency contraception during this time, go to a pharmacy or sexual health clinic

STI test kits

• Last dispatch before Christmas is on Wednesday 24 December 2025. Remember, delays with Royal Mail will affect the delivery time of your order.

• Orders made after the 24 December will be fulfilled and dispatched between 29 to 31 December 2025.

STI test results

• Due to the reduced availability of our clinical team, we will not be sending test results from 25 to 29 December 2025 or from 31 December 2025 to 1 January 2026.

• If you need support, our clinical team will be checking our text message inbox. Please bear with us, we will get back to you.

STI treatment and condoms

• Our website will stay open and you’ll be able to order throughout the festive period.

• Orders made after 23 December will be fulfilled and dispatched on 29, 30 and 31 December 2025.
